📦 Return & Refund Policy

1. Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping times vary depending on the selected method and location.

2. Returns & Eligibility

At BuzzyPrint, all products are made to order, meaning each item is printed specifically for you. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Accepted Returns:

  • Defective or damaged items (must be reported within 3 days of delivery).
  • Incorrect product received (wrong size, color, or design).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing (please check our size guide before ordering).

3. Return Process

If your item meets the return conditions:
1️⃣ Contact Us: Email us at printbuzzy@gmail.com within 3 days if the item is defective or within 14 days for any other eligible return. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide return instructions. The item must be sent back in its original condition.
3️⃣ Refund or Replacement: Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • BuzzyPrint covers return costs ONLY for defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
